About Us
R&R Custom Renovations is a woman-owned, full-service interior design and renovation firm based in Sugar Grove, Illinois, serving clients throughout the surrounding Chicagoland area.
With experience in residential real estate and home renovation dating back to 2007, our foundation was built through years of buying, renovating, and transforming homes. That hands on experience has shaped our approach to design today. Combining creativity, functionality, thoughtful planning, and a deep understanding of what makes a home both beautiful and livable.
We specialize in everything from complete home renovations and large-scale remodels to kitchens, bathrooms, basements, mudrooms, closets, walk-in pantries, and individual room transformations. Whether a project involves reimagining an entire home or refining one important space, every project is approached with the same attention to detail and commitment to quality.
From the initial vision and design selections through construction and final finishes, R&R Custom Renovations provides a personalized, design-forward experience from concept through completion. Our goal is to create spaces that feel elevated, intentional, and uniquely suited to the people who live in them.
Our Approach
At R&R Custom Renovations, every project is personally guided by owner and designer Sara Reinert. From the initial consultation and design selections through construction and the final details, Sara serves as your dedicated point of contact throughout the entire renovation process.
We understand how personal and impactful a home renovation can be for you and your family. That’s why we place a strong emphasis on communication, organization, and a hands-on approach, ensuring you feel informed and supported every step of the way.
With thoughtful design, trusted craftsmanship, and close attention to detail, Sara works alongside each client to bring their vision to life while creating a renovation experience that feels personalized, seamless, and beautifully executed.
★★★★★
I highly recommend R&R Custom Renovations for any home remodeling you are planning! They remodeled 3 bathrooms in our house and the results are incredible! Sara helped with all the planning and her design sense is remarkable. It’s overwhelming to fully remodel 3 bathrooms at once and she made the process so easy. The crew was friendly, professional, and their work is amazing. Sara made sure that every detail was taken care of to our liking and made sure we stayed within our budget. This company exceeded our expectations! We’re looking forward to working with them for more projects in the future.
